Placing orders

Before placing an order, you will need a customer number. Request a number by sending us your company name and contact information via email to info@legacysupply.net or call us at (724) 858-8102 to get your application started. Once you are set up with an account, we recommend you use the online ordering system on our website at www.legacysupply.net as our specially designed order forms make the process easy and significantly reduces the risk of errors. We do accept other order forms, however, the cabinet codes must match LSC’s catalog so our service team can ensure order accuracy.

Delivery & Pickup

If you have any preference on shipping dates or pickup times, please add this detail to the order or confirmation letter. If no indication is made, the shipment or pickup date will be scheduled based on our lead time which is typically 3-5 business days. LSC Cabinetry offers delivery service to the Midwest area at an additional charge (shipping cost varies based on quantity and distance). If a delivery is unsuccessful a second delivery charge will be applied; however, this fee can be waived if a mistake was made by LSC. (Example: items damaged during delivery, wrong items assembled, etc.) For pickup option, our customer service team will contact you once the order is ready. We do recommend you give us a call to confirm the time/order before picking up.

Warranty Information (Warranty Coverage)

LSC CABINETRY products are warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five years from the date of possession. Please note any damage under the following circumstance your purchase would not be covered by our warranty: products have been mishandled, misused, abused or improperly installed; color or pattern change and occurrence of cracks due to improper storage under extreme temperature/moisture level, accidents after receiving, on-site alterations or normal wear and tear. This warranty obligation is a limited warranty and is for the repair, replacement or credit adjustment of the defective components, but it does not cover the cost of installation, removal, subsequent damage or transportation of the defective products. This warranty does not apply to any products used in conjunction with the cabinetry, such as counter-tops, appliances or plumbing fixtures. LSC CABINETRY cabinets are constructed from several pieces of solid wood and veneer edged plywood panels.

Wood products’ natural characteristics vary in grains and colors, differences in grain patterns and colors should be expected. Mineral streaks and knots in the wood are not considered defects. Color variations and color softening in cabinets are natural occurrences depending on type of wood used, ages of the cabinets and the exposure to UV light and sunlight. For instance, new/replacement cabinets may not match display samples or existing cabinets. And such variation and color changes are not considered defects. This warranty only applies to defects that does not involve color changing and aging of any wood products. Mitered door joints particularly are more likely to react to conditions of its environment. Gaps that occur between door joints due to environmental factor are not subject to replacement under this warranty.

Painted finish reacts differently than stained finish. With normal wood movement and climate changes, cracks may appear in between joints or panel lines. These are considered as normal occurrence and are not covered under this warranty. Cabinet doors that are warped must be allowed to hang through one full heating season (i.e. through the full summer) before replacement will be considered under this limited warranty. Doors that are warped not exceeding ¼” do not meet normal material expectation and are not covered under this warranty.

Warranty Claims (Delivering Damage Claims)

If a warranty claim is filed for a discontinued or unavailable item, LSC CABINETRY will replace the part(s) under warranty with a new part(s) of the same style or with a similar style currently offered. LSC CABINETRY cannot be held responsible for not being able to match replacement with originally installed products.

Manufacturing Defect Claims

Manufacturing defect claims cannot be made directly to LSC CABINETRY from the final purchasing group. Purchaser must contact the original distributor, dealer or independent contractor where the purchase was made from. The distributor, dealer or independent contractor will obtain the right to decide the necessity on filing claims and forwarding information in writing to LSC CABINETRY. If the original distributor, dealer or independent contractor no longer exist as a business entity, please submit your claim in writing with a proof of purchase directly to LSC CABINETRY. LSC CABINETRY reserves the right to determine the most cost effective and efficient method to correct defective item. LSC CABINETRY and its manufacturer determine what is “defective” not the customer. If a manufacturing defect does occur within the terms and conditions of this warranty, LSC CABINETRY will replace the defective item within 7 days after the claim is processed.
